★ 以黃豆、小麥為原料釀造的高成份醬油為基底，選用埔里香菇研磨製成的香菇粉，獨門調配出的調味醬。
★ 口感自然香甜滑順，無論沾、煮、炒、醃皆可和食材一拍即合。
★ 注意事項：天然釀造醬油產品易隨著時間、環境溫度的變化產生顏色變深的現象，屬於自然的梅納反應，原封請放置陰涼通風處，開封後請冷藏
