[Wan Ja Shan Mushroom Stir-Fry Sauce]

Using naturally brewed soy sauce and wheat (non chemically produced), and natural Puli shiitake mushroom powder, this savory condiment is a must-have in your pantry!

It can be used in a variety of dishes – whether dipped, boiled, fried or marinated, it can match the ingredients perfectly!

Ingredients:

Water, Sucrose, Non-genetically modified soybean, Wheat, Salt, Thickener (corn gum, acetylated distarch adipate), Yeast extract, Sodium benzoate (preservative), Mushroom powder

以黃豆、小麥為原料釀造的高成份醬油為基底,選用埔里香菇研磨製成的香菇粉,獨門調配出的調味醬。

口感自然香甜滑順,無論沾、煮、炒、醃皆可和食材一拍即合。
