蘿蔔糕(菜頭粿)調理方法
材料:蘿蔔糕粉500公克、白蘿蔔1大條(約1斤)、冷水1200c.c.(分成兩部分,一部份用來煮蘿蔔,另一部份用來調勻在來粉)、鹽適量。
調理程序
(1)將白蘿蔔去皮刨成絲,加700c.c.(約5杯量米杯)的水煮至熟爛,加鹽調味後熄火。
(2)將剩餘500c.c.(約3.5杯量米杯)的水與蘿蔔糕粉攪勻。
(3)將步驟(1)熄火後馬上倒入(2)中迅速攪勻(呈現糊狀)。
(4)放入蒸籠中,用大火蒸40分鐘即可。
(5)待冷卻後,放入冰箱冷藏,食用時切塊煎過,再沾上醬油膏,風味更佳。
※依個人喜好做適當調整烹煮時間
