炸豬肉排調理方法

材料

日正地瓜粉4大匙、里肌肉.4片

醃料

醬油3大匙、米酒2大匙、二砂糖2茶匙、胡椒粉適量、味精適量

調理程序

1.請將里肌肉拍鬆後,用醃料醃7~8分鐘。

2.將醃過的肉片沾滿日正地瓜粉。

3.下鍋油炸,待肉片呈金黃色,即可起鍋上桌食用。

 

酥炸排骨調理方法

材料

日正地瓜粉300公克、排骨1斤、調味料

調味料

A.雞精粉4公克、蘇打粉2公克、蒜頭4顆、蛋液30公克、黑胡椒粉4公克、日正地瓜粉46公克、鹽4公克、糖6公克、米酒10c.c.

B.胡椒鹽

調理程序

1.將剁成長條狀的排骨洗淨瀝乾備用。

2.調味料A調勻後,將排骨放入醃約30分鐘。

3.將排骨放入約150℃的油鍋中炸約12分鐘,撈起瀝油,食用前灑上少許胡椒鹽即可。
