湯圓調理方法
材料:日正水磨糯米粉300公克、水約240公克、糖225公克、水約2公升。
調理方法
(1)糯米粉與240公克的水拌勻。
(2)揉成糯米糰。
(3)再搓成圓形隻小湯圓。
(4)水2公升燒開,加入小湯圓煮至浮起水面,加糖煮至溶解即成。
※依個人喜好做適當調整烹煮時間
