Kim Lan uses specially selected Taiwanese fresh bamboo shoots, and preserves them using a unique natural lactic acid fermentation technique. This technique creates an end product that is fragrant and perfectly sour and spicy.

The soft, yet crunchy bamboo shoots are perfect for rice, congee, noodle dishes, vegetables and many more!

關於金蘭

金蘭創立于 1936年,創立之初因創始人身受到台灣詩人藝文與日本文化的交錯影響,加上本身對於文人風雅養蘭頗有心得,故以蘭花啓名,搭配富貴之意,而取名“金蘭”為其醬油品牌名稱。其融合從大陸傳來的豆麥釀造法、日本人所流傳的日式醬油釀造,與台灣本地的來再式釀造法之特性。

金蘭醬油風味真的既甘美又合台灣人的味,也就是這種甘美合味的精神,讓金蘭食品近80多年來的產品維持一定的水準,也讓這些好醬油及好醬菜,能持續伴隨台灣人一路成長。
