莧菜麵線湯做法
材料：長壽麵線1把、莧菜4兩，洗淨備用、丁香魚約10多尾、沙拉油1湯匙、味精1茶匙。
調理方式：
1.將沙拉油倒入鍋內熱鍋後，倒入丁香魚炒香，再倒入莧菜，炒至半熟再倒1000c.c.的水。
2.待湯滾開後再放入麵線，攪拌幾下，加入味精即成。(注意千萬不要放鹽)
