Cooking Instructions:

Mix 50 grams of the pancake mix with 125 grams of water until a smooth batter forms.

Preheat a flat-bottomed pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and then place approximately 10-12 fresh oysters to fry until about 70% cooked.

Pour the batter from step1 into the pan and spread it evenly to form a round shape. Fry until the edges turn into a crispy,golden-brown

texture.

Add eggs and greens, flip the pancake after the greens are cooked, and continue frying for about 2 minutes.

Open the sauce packet and drizzle it over the oyster pancake.
