Traditionally brewed sauce seasoned with kamquat juice, lemon juice, garlic and chili, Wan Ja Shan BBQ Sauce is one of the best sauces to use for your barbecues!
Instructions: Marinate meat with BBQ sauce for 30 minutes prior to grilling – this ensures a flavourful dish and a reasonable salt consumption!
Remarks: Due to gradual Maillard reaction over time, it is normal for the product’s colour to darken. Please store in cool, dark places, and refrigerate after opening.
