● Based on the idea of yeast awakening, natural yeast can emit a charming aroma during baking, making the biscuits crispy and non-greasy, with a full and rich taste.

● Available in 4 different flavours:

1.Butter Cheese Crackers: Using French fermented cream and cheddar cheese, it is rich and fragrant, and the cake has a crisp texture.

2.Seaweed and Green Onions: Combined with crisp and refreshing seaweed and fresh Taiwanese green onions, the double flavor mix makes it crispy and delicious.

3.Pepper: Uniquely formulated with a ratio of black pepper & white pepper, full of aroma and added taste enjoyment

4.Sugar: We first sprinkle sugar on the biscuit surface. After baking and heating, it will dissolve to form a thin layer of hard and crisp icing. The dough is awakened after secondary constant temperature fermentation to maximize the flavor of the biscuits.
