Cooking instructions

1. Soak rice noodles in water for 10 minutes, then strain and put aside

2. Stir fry your favourite aromatics (e.g. garlic, shallots, etc.) until fragrant, season them before adding 350cc of water. When the water boils, add 1 spoon of black vinegar, and the soaked rice noodles. Mix well, cover with a lit and turn the heat to low. Wait a brief moment before stir frying the noodles. You can serve once the sauce is fully absorbed.
