YiLin Three Cups Chicken Sauce
“Three Cups Chicken” or “San Bei Ji” is a standard menu item in Taiwanese restaurants. The defining feature of this dish is none other than equal parts of soy sauce, sesame oil, and mi-jiu (and hence, “three cups”) added to chicken, which creates a bold and flavourful aroma. We suggest adding a liberal amount of fresh basil at the end of cooking, in line with the traditional recipe of Three Cups Chicken.
