Bull Head Shallot Sauce
Made from strictly selected shallots from Taiwan and Australian canola oil, this wonderfully fragrant and delicious sauce goes well with all kinds of dishes.
This pantry must-have can simply be served on its own over rice or noodles, or used as dipping and dressing for mild flavoured dishes such as steamed vegetables, salads or dumplings.
It can also be used to add flavour to stir-fries, soups, marinades and braised dishes.
No added preservatives.
