How to Use:

– Eat directly with porridge; or

– As a condiment – fermented bean curd can be added to stir-fry vegetables; or

– As a dipping sauce – fermented bean curd can be added to dipping sauces of dishes such as “Mutton Hot Pot” and “Ginger Duck”

Shelf Life: three years (please refrigerate after opening)

2. This product is fermented and does not contain preservatives. It is natural for white spots, which are protein crystals, to appear in the product. They are safe to be consumed.
