薑茶調理方法

材料:生薑200公克、日正黑糖300公克、水1500ml

調理程序:

(1)水煮沸生薑切片放入,再加黑糖關小火繼續煮10至15分鐘即可。

(2)趁熱喝是很好的驅寒飲料。

黑糖饅頭調理方法

材料:日正中筋麵粉500公克、日正黑糖100公克、日正速發酵母10公克、水300公克、

沙拉油20公克

調理程序:

(1)麵粉、黑糖、速發酵母、充分攪拌均勻過篩,加水和油揉至光滑,蒸籠水煮沸。

(2)把麵糰做成自己喜愛的形狀,靜置(醒麵)30分鐘後,放入蒸籠蒸15分鐘即可。
