*This product does not come with sauce, only plain rice noodles.

Serving methods:

A) Stir fry

(Not recommended for this product, as they can easily break apart due to the thin diameter of the noodles)

1. Soak rice noodles in cold water for 5-10 minutes. Drain it and set aside.

2. Prepare a pan or a wok, fry the sauce ingredients (eg. meat, mushrooms, dried shrimp, green onion, seasoning or other ingredients preferred), add 500ml water and boil it to become sauce base.

3. Add in rice noodles, stir and mix well, and serve.

B) Soup

1. In a large pot, make a soup base with seasoning and vegetables or meat as desired, boil it.

2. Wash rice noodles and put into the soup base.

3. Cook for 1-2 minutes, and serve.

C) Dry

1. Boil water in a pot, put in the rice noodles and cook for 1-2 minutes.

2. Drain the rice noodles and put in a bowl, mix well with the sauce desired, and serve.

新竹米粉三吃(本產品料理法)

【炒】新竹米粉之步驟:

P.S:本產品屬於細條之米粉,如用開水滾燙後炒會成碎狀,導致口感不佳,不建議此做法。

(1)請將本產品用冷水浸泡約5~10分鐘後撈起,放於器皿中備用。(誤用滾燙開水浸泡)

(2)用調味品(肉絲、香菇、蝦米、蔥段)翻炒約八分熟加水做成濃湯。(請加醬油少許,濃湯要適量不能太多)。

(3)把(1)中的米粉放入佐料炒好的鍋內、用筷子攪拌炒之,即成又香又Q的炒米粉。

【湯】新竹米粉之步驟:

(1)請先將調味品、佐料做成大鍋的濃湯。

(2)將本產品稍加沖洗,放入鍋內。

(3)煮約一~二分鐘,將火熄掉,即成好吃之湯米粉。

【乾】新竹米粉之步驟:

(1)將水燒開後,請把本產品放入。

(2)約一~二分鐘,迅速撈起置於鍋內。

(3)加入油蔥、肉醬、蠔油或調味品,即成香Q之乾米粉。
