Wan Ja Shan Mirin
One of the indispensable seasonings in Japanese cooking, mirin can be used to add flavour and shine to your meal!
It is sweet tasting and gives out the fragrance of alcohol, and therefore, perfect for marinating meat and seafood, seasoning dishes including teriyaki dishes, as well as adding flavour to dipping sauce!
Storage: Due to Maillard reaction, this product may darken over time. Please store in dark, cool areas, and refrigerate after opening.
