Kuo Yuan Ye Coffee Cookies

• The coffee beans used in this product is specially selected Miscela Buoniorno “Good Times” coffee beans from Fika Fika Café, the winner in two different categories of the Nordic Roaster Competition in 2013. A blend of raw coffee beans from Brazil, Columbia and Sumatra are roasted to achieve the perfect balance of medium dark roast coffee beans in order to create the cookies that are sweet and rich in coffee flavour.

About “A Piece of Taipei” Biscuit Series

Kuo Yuan Ye cooperated with the government in Taipei City to launch these brand new series gift box. With the help of a designer, the series “A Piece of Taiwan” was produced which introduces the main attractions of Taipei mentioned in Undiscovered Taipei tourism.

The shape of the biscuit is cut out to represent Taipei (North of Taiwan) and the image on the biscuit features the bold word TAIPEI accompanied by the designs of either Yangming Mountain, Maokong Gondola, Beitou Hotspings, or Taipei’s city skyline. This series comes in two different flavours, Wenshan BaoZhong Oolong Tea and Coffee Flavour.
